About Pashion Footwear
Pashion Footwear was started in 2016 with the dream of making women’s shoes more versatile. In fact, “Pashion” stands for Practical Fashion.
You may recognize the company from their pitch on Shark Tank. After CEO, Haley, rejected an unfavorable deal and left without an investor, her company saw a boom in sales due to the show’s exposure.
Fast forward to 2026 and Pashion is entering a new era of convertible high heel shoes. But does this new era bring positive change to the business?

Convertible High Heels to Flats
As a woman, we have all been in a situation where our shoes become too much to wear a second longer and rip them off before getting home. At school dances, at wedding receptions, or a long night out. It happens. And it isn’t always the best idea.
Walking without shoes runs the risk of stepping on something or being stepped on. So to go from high heels to flats without taking off your shoes is what inspired Haley to create Pashion.
Pashion Footwear answers the question: “Why get a whole new shoe if I can just swap out the heel?”

As the first invention of its kind, convertible high heels truly is uncharted territory. So its no wonder that there are still so many people looking for reviews for Pashion Footwear. Does Pashion make a quality shoe? Are convertible high heels comfortable? Are the heels sturdy and safe to wear?
Reviewing the “Harper Boot” from Pashion Footwear
I reviewed the convertible high heel ivory leather Harper Boots. In terms of styling, white boots are fantastic through the seasons – especially fall.
I have wide feet. I usually run between a size 8 for wide shoes, or 8.5 for regular. However, I was recommended that I do half a size up as Pashion Footwear shoes run small.
Although the Harper Boot listing said that the shoe ran true to size, I decided to get them in size 9 anyway.
Packaging

When it comes to buying boots, the longer the box, the better. This usually ensures that the boot isn’t folded or creased. So when a square box arrived, my initial thought was that there was going to be a noticeable crease in the leather.
However, I am happy to report that even though these boots were folded, that did not affect their quality.
The package also includes a drawstring bag to hold any convertible heels that you are not using.
Fit
I have wide feet. I usually run between a size 8 for wide shoes, or 8.5 for regular. However, I was recommended to do half a size up as Pashion Footwear shoes run small.
Although the Harper Boot listing said that the shoe ran true to size, I decided to get them in size 9 anyway.
Getting half a size up from my regular size ended up being the perfect fit.
Ease of use
Practice makes perfect applies to converting Pashion’s heel kits. Your order will include an instruction pamphlet, and you can watch tutorials on their How Pashions Work page.
I thought I’d be able to figure it out without using instructions. I couldn’t.
Pashion claims that after 1-3 times changing the heels, you’ll be able to change a heel in about 1 second. And it’s true that once you get the hang of it, it does become easier. But it took me a little longer to truly get the hang of it.
PRO TIP: Righty tighty, lefty loosey applies to Pashion’s convertible high heels. If you are looking at the bottom of your shoe, twist the heel from left to right to click it into place. And if you are taking them off, twist from right to left to release.
Sturdiness of heel

Their convertible high heels are so sturdy and secure that sometimes I second guess which way I have to turn to get them off. Truthfully I would rather have a little bit more difficulty putting the heels on if it meant that it truly was secure.
So in this review of Pashion Footwear, I am happy to report that you won’t have to worry about twisting an ankle. The heels twist into place with a reassuring “thunk” click. (Which you can hear in the video above.)
Whether it was the 1.5″ heels or the 3″ heels I was wearing, I never felt any wobbling. It also never felt like the heel held any space between where they connected.
Comfort
Heel fatigue is so real. By the end of a night out or a special event, I’m usually begging to take my shoes off. But with Pashion’s heeled Harper Boot, I felt like I could wear them longer without an issue.
And when you do start to feel like you want to take off your shoes, this is where Pashion thrives. Because you can use their convertible high heel kits to change to a shorter, more comfortable heel height.
The high quality material of the boots also feel great around my wide feet. They shape quite well and don’t constrict my foot.
I even took my boots on multiple 3 mile walks in the 1.5 inch heels to see how comfort would play a factor. For this Pashion Footwear review, I am once again happy to report that those 3 mile walks did not hurt my feet at all. Truly a shocking outcome for having wide feet honestly.
BIG PLUS: I didn’t feel like there was any break-in time for the Harper Boots!
Shape of boot with heel vs without

“Our shoes are molded in their heel form to ensure the heels look as good as possible. Brand new pairs will naturally arch when the heel is taken off and no weight is applied to the shoe. However, the shoe will both flatten out and naturally break-in to perfectly match your unique arch shape within about a week of wear.” (Pashion FAQs)
Since this is a boot, there is more material. Because that material was molded in their heel form, converting it to a shorter heel naturally causes the material to scrunch a little.
The scrunching doesn’t necessarily look bad. But it does look a little less clean and polished. In the shorter heel form, it is probably better suited for more casual fall outfits.
Material quality

The leather of the Harper Boot is so soft yet durable. It isn’t bulky or flimsy. Slipping them on over jeans, leggings, or socks does not feel like a hassle.
Around the foot itself, I was worried that the material would feel tight because I have wide feet. But the leather molded to my foot perfectly.
The material is a huge factor in how comfortable these end up being straight out of the box.
Versatility & customization options

Because you can change the heel of these shoes, both in height and in color/style, there is high versatility with these shoes.
And because one heel kit can work on multiple shoes, you can mix and match through the seasons.
Give lighter shoes a good contrast with a darker heel. Give your everyday shoe a holiday glow-up with one of their holiday kits. Their Halloween collection is one of my favorites!
Wrapping up this Pashion Footwear review
When it comes to convertible high heels, Pashion Footwear is leading the charge. Quite literally because they started it.
But just because someone invented something new, doesn’t mean someone else can’t do it better.

The good news for Pashion though is I don’t see how anyone can top what they are already doing.
This Pashion Footwear review brings to light just how simple, comfortable, and reliable convertible high heels can be. The Harper Boot provides wearers an easy way to dress up or dress down their fall outfits. Additionally, the high quality material allows wearers comfort even during extended use.
Lastly, the ability to convert heel heights means that heel fatigue and the foot pain associated with it can be alleviated with a simple switch. This makes these a great staple shoe for your wardrobe, or even better for any trips that require a lot of walking.

Overall, Pashion Footwear is a product to invest in for your closet. Not only in quality but in versatility. If you were to buy three base shoes and three different heel heights, you end up getting 9 different shoes for your closet instead of just three. You’ll save space in your closet while still maintaining diversity.
So time to start your collection now!
