A noble feat that has inspired many adults of drinking age to take the plunge both into their wallets and their ability to drink 11 beverages in one day. But doable nonetheless, even if you have to split some drinks with friends.

Before You Start Drinking Around the World

Before we get in to it, just remember that you only need to get one drink in each pavilion. You do not need to buy a drink at every establishment at every pavilion.

Also after each pavilion, I will give you a running tab of what your bill would be if you only bought the cheapest drink, only bought the most expensive drink, and what the average bill would be.

Seasonal Festivals

To keep true to the unstated rules of drinking around the world, this blog will only cover the drink menus for the snack kiosks, bars, and lounges around the World Showcase.

It will not include drinks from quick service restaurants, casual dining restaurants, or festival kiosks.

So even though you may find special festival drinks at these locations, I am only including the permanent menu drinks. So the overall price may vary if you decide to go with a seasonal festival drink.

Here is a list of drink menu prices from each pavilion in EPCOT, broken down into the cheapest drink, most expensive drink, and the average drink price:

Pavilion 1 of 11: Mexico

There is also a stop in China at the Lotus House that features beverages during seasonal festivals. However, since these are not year-round celebrations, the menu is left off of this list.

Grand Total for Drinking Around the World at Epcot

With all 11 pavilions complete, here is what your drinking around the world in EPCOT bill would be:

• If you bought the cheapest drink at each pavilion: $115.00
• If you bought the most expensive drink at each pavilion: $231.20
• What your average price for drinking around the world would be: $157.44

Either way you slice it, drinking around the World Showcase is pretty expensive.

By getting one drink at each pavilion, you can expect this to cost you roughly $157 per person participating in the challenge. And no, the price does not include tax! Additionally, alcoholic beverages cannot be discounted with an annual pass.

However, there is no “rule” against splitting a drink with someone to lower the bill. Especially if you are a lightweight or just don’t want to drink 11 whole drinks. Which I would assume most people cannot.

Epcot Drink Prices

The drink menu prices for EPCOT do fluctuate through the seasons. Sometimes I find that a few drinks prices go down in price by 25-50 cents every few months. Sometimes they go up by a dollar. But the vast majority do not change regularly.

So when planning your approach to drink around the world, it is very possible that a drink price or two will have fluctuated since updating the blog.

What do you get for completing the challenge

Although this challenge is one many people know of and do, it is not advertised by Disney. For obvious reasons of course.

Tickets to drink around the world?

To drink around the world showcase at EPCOT, all you need is your regular EPCOT admission ticket. You do not need a separate ticket to walk around the world showcase.

Although you can split your beverages with a buddy to lower the bill for drinking around the World Showcase, there are other ways to save on your Walt Disney World trip as a whole. Especially because there is so much more to do, see, and buy! You’ll want to save where you can.
